The lake was 'half empty.' The water was a long way from shore. The dry surface had a grey appearance.

The lake was half empty with extensive areas of mud and water, likely very shallow in the center area of the lake. The exposed lake floor appeared to be mud as opposed to salt pan, which I have seen in the past. There has been an exceptionally dry March w
