phosphate hard to read due to higher turb reading disolved oxygen may have been so low due to earthen banks preventing the flow of water. Water was being pumped out. Was not flowing and had a unhealthy/stagnant smel. Stoney crossing site is usually flowing. Eath bank in place at stoney crossing big pump, pumping potter walk creek at other end. Getting ready to build regulators.l
