Water is cloudy, grey colour, with no flow. Oil floating on water, weed stopping its flow in to drain however fish can swim through. A few small fish when I arrived swam up storm water drain @ 3 inch long. There was a heavy rain in between these first two samples. I don't think its is enough to wash drain out.
