Sunny, clear sky, windy Sampleda pool of water between DEV 0404 - DEV 100. water yellowish with oily patches and green algae patches in 'rounds' floating on surface, smells. EPA rang back re previous call in January - had contacted Hans of East Gippsland Water who contributed the discolouration/contamination to extremely high tides - organic detrius
