Observations: cloudy, windy, rained during last 24 hours (approx 2.6mm), water not flowing, clear water appearance, 0-50cm average depth with 2 m wide. I could not see any indications that the river was not flowing at all at Ballarm road bridge. However, down at the west Moorabool branch, the east was flowing into the west at a slow rate.
