Observations: Sunny, during the last 24 hours (0.6 mm), no water flow, clear appearance and oily (oily film on water surface - not as bad as last month). 0cm-50cm deep and 0.5m wide. No litter to report About 12 head of cattle were outside their fenced area and were accessing the river north of the bridge and also at test site area.
