Habitat survey BANK VEG. Lignum, trees with hollows- RRG, sedge, fallen timber. Fair (KL & GS) VERGE VEG. One side good, Lignum, black box, other side cleared FAIR (KL & GS) INSTREAM COVER Good snag cover, some over hanging shade, little aqatic veg. some sedge patches and tall rushes (FAIR KL, EXCELLENT GS) BANK EROSION & STABILITY Spot erosion, some bare banks and some undercutting (FAIR KL, POOR GS) RIFFLES, POOLS & BENDS Bends and pools present, not alot of depth variation, riffle over snags (FAIR KL, POOR GS) => OVERALL RATING: FAIR (24 - 26) MACROINVERTEBRATE SURVEY Lesser Water Boatmen and Backswimmers mainly, & Whirlygig beetles.
