Flattened vegetation after heavy rain. Piles of rubbish below dam wall, and scummy water there, clear water in lake. Better bug count (rating good) Other observations: Common bronzewings, swallow, rainbow lorikeets, pair of grey teal, pair of Pacific Black ducks, Balahs, Noisy Miners, Pile of branches blocking tunnel under Nerreman Gateway Spotted Marsh Frogs calling and a pobblebonk. Cumbungi blocking waterway upstream. rainfall: 5mm in last 7 days, 53mm from 6/3/10 to 16/3/10 litter: lots of bottles, balls, some plastic bottles in pit drain near dam, lots of rubbish on ledges below dam wall
