What has changed since last time you monitored? There had been a flash flood causing damage upstream. Water level had been over the bridge, but is now much lower. Stream width had been 21m. What stands out about the site today? A large dead tree in the creek, pushing against the bridge ((reported to council). Branches in and beside the creek, and specially near the bridge, have collected some large items and lots of rubbish. ( Some has already been removed). Other observations: Lots of plastic caught high up in streamside vegetation. Upstream bank eroded. Streamside vegetation covered in mud. Dusky moorhen, large dragonflies, pacific black duck. dissolved oxygen: 79% sat water level on stake: 22mm rainfall: 3.8mm in last 3 days ,59mm in last 7 days litter: for plastic bottles, plastic and other, 1 used in place of lots. other litter includes: 2 large rubbish bins, foam mattresses, balls, platform/decking and timber, wheelbarrow, fabric, rope
