Similar "falling levels" situation. Build up of branches etc. almost blocking flow competely - only a 600mm gap for water flow. A lot of vegatative matter in water Flow had fallen 1m. Water appeared bubbly. 21.2mm of rain. Litter included a ball and a milk crate.
