The pumps were not running and there were about 20 dead bream (large) under the bridge. Near the Patterson River Secondary College there is a Bandalong(?) litter collector, this was absolutely full of rubbish and as there was no water running in the creek it was lying on the bottom. This probably prevented the bream from going downstream to avoid the high temperatures of the shallow water. After the EPA attended and Melb Water contacted, the pumps were turned on at just after I did the test.
