waterway depth and width estimate and averaged, varied in small area where sampled, mainly large pools on a bend in the Creek. Lovely spot under the River Red Gums. Phosphate and ammonium tested at water temp. Physchem taken at an upstream pond and downstream pond. Downstream pond: D.O 5mg/l, Amm: 0.01, Phos: 0.03. Upstream pond DO:8mg/l, Amm: 0.01. Phos:0.25. Bug sample taken at both spots, but only downstream site is included here. Site has good vegetation but has intriduced species mixed with native. Good ground cover, though weedy, not many signs of erosion. 2 frog species heard. Good instream habitat. Large stromwater pipen 10 metres upstream, with 50cm diameter. Flow trickle of brown water with no odour. Land use is mainly new residential with light industrial upstream.
