what has changed? pipe across creek just inder the water. water flowing teadily over the creek, white froth along edges of the pipe. what stands out about the site? dead braches across half the creek and vlocking 2 arches of the bridge, 1 arch blocked with time, 2 arches free of debris but not flowing. other: n/a
