Higher Ammonium than usual. Litter has been cleared from the pit drain. The Bluetongue rescued from the pit drain last month by 'Wildlife Rescue' was checked by a vet and released at the wetland, well away from gutters. Upstream drain not flowing, but damp. The scum and froth were below the dam wall. Walls at top of bank, near the dam have been scoured due to floods. Weather: light breeze.
Black Duck with 6 ducklings. Chestnut Teal pair with 4 ducklings. Magpie. Noisy Miners. Spotted Turtle-dove.
