Stream flow has now completely stopped and water level has dropped below the spillway and registers zero on the official gauge. Rainfall total recorded is for the entire month of February 2017. Mosquito fish are again present and active. Active waterplant growth and select species are flowering. Note: presence of unidentified film first notice during testing last month.
