Other litter included a large quantity of branches, twigs and leaves. There had clearly been a lot of water flowing recently as a result of the heavy rains, but because there had been no rain in the past 24 hours or so, flow had returned to low-normal. Despite this, the actual depth of the stream stays fairly constant, just reduced width.
We were pleased to meet the Fort Knox Storage manager (Catherine).
She came over to us to chat. They do a great job maintaining the appearance of the area, and she clearly takes quite an interest in it all.Ammonium and Phosphate levels were good today.
