Knootweed cleared upstream of lake but not near dam wall or in our test site. Reeds encroached further. Killing water ribbon. Other weeds have died off.
Little flow from lake, only flow from bypass. Pump on. Water level in creak lower and flow slower. Grass on banks long. Less brown algae in sample. Less litter than usual.
Cockatoos in trees (7) being chased by magpies.
12/3/20 Saw guy cleaning out pump near dam wall. From drainage and irrigation company employed by Citywide. That pump takes water from our EPN lake to EPS lake. Goes on automatically when EPS lake low and enough water in EPN lake. BYpass is gravity fed and gets first priority (drainage).
