While there had been >500mm of rain in the last few days, the pool was the marginally higher than as previouosly. That is, there appears to have been little runoff.
Pool was very tanin coloured. Water was clear. Turbidity reflects colour not suspended sediments. Has there been just a build up of tanins or was there a small blackwater event with the rain pushing more leaves from the bank into the creek?
