Rubbish collected in the vicinity of the fishing platform around the boardwalk includes plastics.
The number recorded on the data sheet was 10.4 mg/l for the old meter which is what we have included on this data entry. We tried out the new meter and the result was 10.66 PPM.
We realised the new meter turns itself off quickly, great that it can be plugged into power and will not rely on batteries.
A note came up when I was entering the data about the LaMotte meter being outside the range. This could be because the meter has been faulty and the previous results inaccurate or it is out of range. Interesting to note the new meter was close to the result of the old meter.
