Both pH and conductivity meters calibrated appropriately, however measured readings were more variable than normal.
I eventually settled on a conductivity reading that was consistent after 5 measurements.
Similarly with pH, (though less variable) settled on a consistent reading after 4 measurements. 7.4 seems kind of high compared to past readings?
Willows (Pussy) are in flower and leafing up now.
Water ribbons are flowering.
Trout rises are relatively quiet, and no sign of platypus.
First of the snakes are out-a nice shy copperhead with last winter's skin still shredding off was out sunning itself.
