Low battery on EC meter. Unable to conduct EC test. Suds on surface has been regularly occuring in the early mornings lately (about 7:00 AM). Suspect an establishment upstream is washing down equipment or cars. Suspects include caryards, petrol stations, Banyule transfer station or repatriation hospital.
