PO4 reading off the scale. Panorama East Drain PO4 off the scale at > 1.0mg/L using the high range test kit (sample taken from within the drain). Water in pondage high, and slight grey water smell. Panorama East drain sample: PO4 >1.0mg/L. While sample being taken from the stormwater drain, the flow of water increased and smelt of washing powder.
