There was a lump of concrete in the waterway … I wonder how it got there (much too heavy to have been washed down) There was the sound of liquid falling into the drain under Susan St. somewhere. We couldn’t actually see it, but it was rather loud, as if it was falling from quite a height. I wonder if perhaps this discharge was related to the fact that the pH, EC and Phosphate were all higher at Susan St than at Fort Knox
