The waterway at the Susan St site was extemely turbid (filtering necessary proir to testing) Some oily slick too. The very high readings for Ammonium, Phosphate and EC would seem to be connected with this, indicating that something had been flushed into the drains somewhere downstream from the Fort Knox monitoring site. I wasn’t able to ring EPA on this occasion, but will keep an eye on the situation.
