Swamp Creek stopped running. The water sample was taken from a waterhole about 1.5 m upstreams from the creek's water sample point . Over the last two years this water hole did not dry up during the Summer months. When the Creek is not flowing the waterhole develops a thin milky skin on its surface. The water in the hole is Tannin stained. It is a source of water for the local birds.
