hardness 120 ppm soft macro survey: 18 mayfly numphs, only 4 large; 5 caddis fly larvae, 2 backswimmera, 2 midge larvae, 8 baby snails, 5 boatmen, 2 dragon fly nymphs, 3 mites, 1 water flea, most things smaller than in spring (ie young) habitat: water plantain and water ribbons drainage of creek begun and level artificially lowered quickly
