hardness 425 ppm very hard and very alkaline ,only a small drop from dam water, water is filtered before going in hence drop from 15 to 10 NTU's and ithad been there for 3 weeks rain this day - puddle was 200 EC;s and 9.1 pH - suggests soil type effect
