Hedley Lane is dry, but has been over the bridge and flowing for about 6 weeks. Apparently it dried up about 2 weeks ago according to people who live there. Is FLOW, although low, at Ennis Road, and also pools and flow at the Arboretum a couple of hundred meters downstream from Hedley Lane? Springs?
