water appears clear yet cloudy (not muddy). Deep pool of water under bridge. Appears quite clear with abundant duck weed growing on top. Looks healthier in appearnce then last testing. Still some rubbish but little algae on edge. No oil or scum on surface. Do level low (no dilution) pH meter used.
