Water static, but pale clear yellow. Dredge had been working 3km off shore prelim works. Two weeks ago - no sign of any flotsam. The outfall conductivity was less than the top bridge, but there has been no rainfall for more that two weeks. The outfall pool has many small fish swimming around, species unknown, they have over hang for shade. Current spate of hot weather temps over 30 has the pool diminishing in size quickly.
