Physical Chemical Tests

Joanne Lockwood carried out Phys/Chem parameters this month to gain experience with her data reporting and use of chemicals. As she had not carried out DO test to date, I performed the test for Jo looking on for future reference. Not much in the way of diversity or bug activity except for the several damselflies I collected (data entry note: this information does not match the bug sample results). See picture supplied with this report. The creek did encounter a good flow of water from saturday afternoon which flowed down from the Simpson Barracks. August monitoring will see out students back at the creek for bug sampling while I do the water testing.
