Wetland in pristine condition. Water from within the barracks to Wetland 2, are at a constant flow through the various channels and pipes. The amount of water exiting from Rentons Ridge into Yallambie Creek is farily constant with a number of channels carrying significant water. Flows into Banyule Creek headwater was clearly visible with a slight flow coming out form the main storm water drain. Some bug life present in both wetlands. Diving beetles, backswimmers, seed shrimp, and non biting midge were spotted.
