Last rainfall in last 48hrs. Overgrown vegetation within the creek made it difficult to access a clear sample at our normal testing site. Jo and the students did manage to obtain a sample which was good enough to complete the testing parameters for this month. The creek has dried up in a number of areas close to Banyule Rd and without further rain and runoff testing for March could be postponed. The areas in question are either about or below the main stormwater outlets. Apart from several backswimmers, bug life is minimal. Litter pollutants present: paper, bottles, cans, polystyrene, cardboard.
