Water levels much reduced on last month- near drain inlet to dam oily appearance in water, drain contains rubbish such as drink bottles, coffee cups. Perhaps could be an idea to remoce this rubbish from this point periodically. Also approx. 5 meters away from drain, algae green appearance in water. Phosphate test showed 0- therefore have not tested other sites for phosphate as we predict this is not a problem in park.
