Rainfall not specified Downstream from one stormwater drain which emptied oxygenated water from rain last night and this morning Phosphated noted to increase downstream of Balnarring Beach rd. This sample is taken upstream. The creek is noted as being open at the mouth. "I think the bream are spawning?" 100 of them are observed downstream with fins sticking out of the water. 4 big eels swimming around. Black ducklings present.
