Oily scum is probably natural oils from leaves.

We still have a major problem with ammonium and phosphate. Phosphate dark blue. Ammonium had imporoved a little last week, back to emerald green this week. Students will continue monitoring each week, and are working on possible causes in theier Science lessons.
