The site was quite littered today, as is usual after rain. There has been just over 17mm in the past week, in addition to the 7mm over the past 24 hours.
Turbidity was high. I filtered the sample before testing Phosphate and Ammonium, the levels of which were good (ie quite low)
There was no sign of the fish (either this month or last month) that I saw in March.
At that time, the YDI 838 turbidity was low, whereas in April it was quite a bit higher, and even higher this month.
Perhaps that could be why?
(even if the higher turbidity was masking their presence, I think if there were any there I would have at least seen them breaking the surface, as they did back in March)
