Concern over instream from Boral drainage as foam at base of instream looked more solid and had yellow streaks. Another small instream has developed to the north of the orginal. Bank has fallen away where the small instream to the south of the original instream. Minor erosion.
Concern over low dissolved oxygen especially drainage inflow was flowing rapidly and I though it should have been increasing the oxygen.
Concern over water looking black when viewed from above. This has only been seen once before.
Reported to Melbourne Water. Water looked better on 28/11/17 when I checked it again so not yet reported to EPA.
