Half an hour after the front of the first flow in years returned to the Lower Wimmera River. Salinity is halved, ph neutral from alkaline, brown water from clear, and reactive phosphate has gone from very little to very high - see other entries for this date and for 7 May 2007 and 7 oct 2009
