As there had just been substantial rainfall, I decided to check the EC in order to compare with my last measurement at this site, which was also just after substantial rainfall (19/02/2020).
The 19/2 reading had been extremely high, and looked suspiciously like an error (?)
Today’s reading was 170 μS/cm, ie relatively normal.
So the mystery from 19/2 still remains a mystery.
