At the site the reeds were losing their seeds. They were floating in the air and settling on the water. I heard a splash of something entering the water, but did not see anything.
On the walk down and back I observed multiple tpes of fungi, as well as a purplish something?. On the walk back I saw a Yellow-tailed Black-cockatoo in the pine trees just upstream from our survey location.
