Stream flowing and test site gouged out by recent rain events. (3 rain events with over 20mm rainfall in 24 hrs during the last month) Phosphate reading here was off the scale using a high range test kit (>1.0 mg/l) Water collected flowing from East Panorama Drain had a Phosphate reading of 0.05mg/l using high range test kit and turbidity of <100 NTU A sanitary pad found in the creek at test site again.
