Water higher than usual since rains last week. Low O2 is a bit of a surprise as water was flowing well. Large log in water - may have been dragged in from fallen logs up the bank. Signs of picnicking/drinking. I'd be glad to have them picnicking, even drinking, to enjoy the river if only they would clear up!
