At site of water sampling at spillway, water level has dropped below the official level gauge and has dropped below the concrete on the upstream side of the spillway - No flow, water level dropping. >3 days with ambient temperatures >33degC during December. At time of sampling, first rainfall is starting with no rain for the last 3 weeks to date. In the region, heavy storm cells have caused flash flooding with falls >50-75mm, humid conditions. 29.7mm rainfall for December with 23.9mm falling in one event during the first week in December.
